Dave Giampietri grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in business communications in 2001. After graduation, Dave worked in digital and print marketing in Seattle, WA where he learned the ins and outs of advertising and getting the best results. In 2007 he got his real estate license and soon after the crash in 2008, he quickly realized there were a lot of people who needed help. The days of just having a real estate license to sell houses were gone. Dave used his knowledge and skills of marketing/advertising to become one of the top real estate producers in the industry year after year. He developed specific target marketing strategies and performance guarantees to ensure his clients success in buying and selling homes. In 2019, Dave moved his business to Orlando, FL where he continues to practice and be a leader in his industry.
